Buying a used car from out of town is never ideal. But from my very first conversation with Logan and then the sales manager Adam, I was immediately put at ease with these gentleman. Super responsive and asking what more I needed to be confident about the purchase. Between Logan sending me personalized video’s, to Adam’s straight forward negotiations, these two professionals could not have been better to work with. Ask for these fellows!

Finished purchasing a new truck at McGrath Ford and have nothing but positive feelings from the experience. Started working with Zion Brooks as an internet used vehicle search. I gave him all my perimeters and through several conversations he was able to help narrow options down to the vehicle I wanted. Unfortunately, that vehicle was not on their lot. The team got to work, located my selection and had it delivered to their dealership within 48 hours. The purchasing process went equally well and I was driving away in my new truck!!!

Professional and polite. Longer process than necessary, especially when we knew what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. However, when I was ready to walk out because I was tired of waiting for finance, they kept it professional. Husband is happy with the vehicle. Overall, not a bad experience!

First and foremost Mariah in scheduling was very kind and sympathetic to my situation. My grandma had passed and I needed to get my car in quick. Also, the gentleman in the service centre are always very kind and personable. They understand that we are not made out of money and try to do the best to help get your moneys worth. My car was finished very quickly and I’m forever grateful. Little disappointed that my car wants to keep costing me a ton of money. No fault of theirs. I will continue to go there because I know they always do a phenomenal job.

It's probably the most reputable place in Cedar Rapids. They still take every chance to advertise lots of superfluous add ons. Can't blame them but there it is. Had a generally good experience getting service work done, and would choose them over any other local competitors. Auto sales is a little more high-pressure than it needs to be, but if you know what you need you'll be fine.

The entire team worked hard and accomplished exact what I needed. Would have zero hesitation to use them again.

I walked into McGrath Ford at 5pm just wanting to test drive my dream car. Dylan Harrison made that experience 10x better. He was just as excited to share in that experience as I was. He laughed with me and enjoyed the ride and the smile on my face. He touch and agreed with me for it to be mine then went to work. We sat and got to know each other as the finance folks were doing their part. He introduced me to his best friend who works there and they both hung out with me until well after closing. They even prepped the car themselves after the shop was closed, and I was with Dalton in Financing, so I could go home in a clean car. Finally, around 10pm, they helped me transfer my belongings to the new vehicle. We took selfies and I drove off in my dream car 🤭🤗🥹😭 It was the best carbuying experience from start to finish. To say that we are impressed with McGrath is a HUGE understatement! From the moment we first talked with our salesman, Tyler Feldmann, we knew this was a different experience. Tyler was VERY kind, personable, and just fun to work with! He was NEVER pushy; he just wanted to help us find the right truck for our son. We ended up buying a truck that same night. However, about a week later, the truck started having issues. We bought the truck as is due to its age and the miles. We still let Tyler know, and he was not okay with it. He said McGrath would make it right since we had just bought it. And they did!! They got the truck in the next day for service and covered everything! We are SO thankful to Tyler, Aspen (in the service department), and all of McGrath! We will be sharing our experience with everyone we know!

Sold me their vehicle at a very good price, and gave me a good price for my trade-in. Had been looking for a new 2024 Bronco Raptor for 10-12 weeks and this was the only dealership who was honest & fair from day one. Spoke to the sales person (Dylan) one day, told him what I was looking for, what I wanted and within 24hrs, we had a deal. The deal was so good I drove up there from Chicago. McGrath mobile service is a game changer!

Josh was very on top of it with getting my truck info to me on a regular basis. After that many problems, they still had it ready by 5:15 pm the same day. Lots of$$$$ but happy with the service and put come of how great my truck runs now.

Major repairs to my 9 year old F 150. More expensive than I anticipated, but staff were very polite and professional.

The Service Adviser, Chris Caracciolo, was very helpful during the time my car was in for some work. He communicated quickly and whenever necessary to keep me aware of the status of repair. He also was accomodating by scheduling prompt shuttle rides when required.

I got to pick the day and time of my appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. They had a software fix for a recall and they thought it would take around an hour and a half, but the technician ran into an issue installing the upgrade. They notified me of the issue and I understand about that kind of issues. It was not a problem for me. I received a message saying my car was ready and the courtesy van was at my door a few minutes later. Excellent service, everyone was as nice as could be. Great place to have your car serviced. I'm very pleased with McGrath Ford service.
