A Strong New Movement
Ford is quickly becoming a leader in the movement toward electric vehicles. The first all electric vehicle they are offering is the sporty Mustang Mach E that continues the performance legacy of the Mustang name. The next big move they made was to take the most popular car in America, the F-150, and create the all electric F-150 Lightning. Both of these vehicles are just the start of Ford's EV plans as they continue to develop vehicles on their new electric platform.
Introducing the Mustang Mach-E
A Bright New Chapter
The new Mustang Mach-E made waves in the car industry as a very sporty all electric crossover SUV. The Mach-E was a bit controversial in carrying on the Mustang legacy but after drivers got behind the wheel they quickly realized the all electric platform allows for incredible performance. Off the line the Mach-E is in a league of its own that rivals other top end electric vehicles like the Tesla Model Y.
Large Vivid Display
The styling in the interior of the Mustang Mach-E matches the modern electric capability showcasing a minimalistic design with a massive 15.5" center console display. There is also a display behind the steering wheel so you don't need to glance over to the center console to see how fast you are going, which is a shortcoming of current Tesla models. There is also a panoramic sunroof that covers pretty much the entire roof and feels very unique while sitting anywhere in the cabin.
Next Gen Driving Experience
With electric vehicles comes incredible acceleration and unique performance that has to be felt to be believed. The Mach E might not be the loud muscle car you've come to expect from the Mustang nameplate but it offers a great driving experience that gas engines just simply can't recreate.

Not only does the F-150 Lightning have certain performance benefits, the features included are game changers as well like using your truck as a generator and unique towing assistance. The F-150 Lightning is gunning for a max range of 300 miles with the extended range version and 230 mile range on the standard version. The system also has a trip planner that takes into account your current towing or payload as well as the network of charging stations to give you a solid plan wherever you need to go. This takes the guesswork out of everything and gives you peace of mind so you can focus on having fun on your adventures.

The F-150 Lightning is powered by two motors, one to the front tires and one to the rear. This truck is super quick off the line, one of the unique advantages of electric. The innovative truck also comes with Bluecruise that allows for hands-free driving on more than 100,000 miles of North American highways.
